Becoming a Donor

People give THROUGH the Bryan Area Foundation not TO the Foundation.
The Bryan Area Foundation is here to serve its donors by administering charitable gifts in accordance to their wishes. What is important to donors is what is important to the foundation. The Bryan Area Foundation will work with potential donors to provide for their favorite church, school or other charitable organization no matter where those organizations are located.

I am not originally from Bryan, and I want to establish a fund to benefit the area I came from. Will the Bryan Area Foundation help me?
Yes. A donor may establish a Field of Interest Fund to benefit a particular community no matter where that community is located. Currently the Bryan Area Foundation administers funds that benefit Montpelier, West Unity and Edon. Many donors have established specific Scholarship Funds that benefit students all across Williams County and event throughout the state! There are also Designated Funds that benefit organizations in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, and other states.  The goal of the Bryan Area Foundation is to help donors provide for the community, church, school, or other charitable organization that is important to them.

I would like to establish a fund. What do I do next?
Potential donors are invited to call the Bryan Area Foundation at (419) 633-1156. Mitchell Owens, the executive director of the BAF, will work with individual donors or organizations to meet their specific needs.
